The Founder's Journey
The genesis of Universal Perspective™ traces back to a realization that the modern pursuit of career and success is often misaligned with individual character. This insight emerged through Kartikey Gupta’s journey across both industry and grassroots work.
Trained as a mechanical engineer, he has worked in large industrial environments and gained international exposure through training in solar energy systems in Germany. Over time, his work shifted toward engaging with young people across diverse contexts, where he observed a consistent gap between external achievement and internal clarity.
Kartikey Gupta is the Founder of Universal Perspective™ and a Governing Board Member at Vatsalya (www.vatsalya.org), where he contributes to STEM education, astronomy programs, and youth engagement. He also founded Equanimity Engineering Solutions LLP to train youth for emerging roles in sustainability through practical, real-world learning, and is an author who writes on themes of perspective, growth, and human potential.
His work today focuses on creating experiential spaces where individuals can step back, observe more clearly, and make grounded decisions about their direction.
