1. About This Service

Universal Perspective™ is a self-alignment and reflection platform operated by Equanimity Engineering Solutions LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India (LLPIN: AAI-9888; GSTIN: 08AAGFE4860J1Z7).

By accessing or using this website and purchasing the TRY Assessment, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. The TRY Assessment — Nature & Purpose

The TRY Assessment ("The Real You") is a structured self-reflection tool comprising 102 questions, designed to help individuals identify thinking patterns, decision biases, and motivational drivers.

The TRY Assessment is not a clinical diagnostic tool, a psychological evaluation, or a substitute for professional counselling, therapy, or medical advice. It does not predict career outcomes or life direction with certainty.

Results are indicative and reflective in nature. The assessment shows patterns — it does not judge, prescribe, or box individuals into fixed categories. Outputs should be treated as a starting point for self-inquiry and personal reflection.

3. Payment & Access

Access to the TRY Assessment is provided on a one-time payment of ₹500 (Indian Rupees Five Hundred Only). No subscription or recurring charge applies.

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Upon successful payment confirmation, access to the assessment is granted immediately. Universal Perspective™ does not store your card, UPI, or banking credentials — all payment data is handled exclusively by Razorpay and is subject to their privacy and security policies.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Since the TRY Assessment is a digital product delivered instantly upon successful payment, refunds are generally not applicable once access has been granted.

However, we will review refund or dispute requests in the following circumstances:

• A verified technical failure prevented access after payment was deducted.
• A duplicate payment was made in error for the same user account.

To raise a dispute, write to unipspace@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction, including your payment reference ID, registered email address, and a brief description of the issue. All concerns are reviewed within 5 working days. Decisions made by Universal Perspective™ on refund matters are final.

We operate on trust and will not dismiss legitimate concerns.

5. Data & Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to process your payment and deliver the assessment. This may include your name, email address, and contact number at the time of payment.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Your assessment responses are stored securely and used solely to generate your reflection report.

Payment processing is handled entirely by Razorpay. Please refer to Razorpay's Privacy Policy for details on how payment data is managed on their platform.

6. Intellectual Property

The TRY Assessment — including its questions, frameworks, methodology, and resulting reflection reports — is the intellectual property of Universal Perspective™ / Equanimity Engineering Solutions LLP.

Reproduction, distribution, resale, or commercial use of any part of the assessment or its outputs, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. Content, frameworks, and materials developed as part of Universal Perspective™ work may not be reproduced or shared without permission.

7. Disclaimer

Universal Perspective™ does not guarantee specific personal, academic, or professional outcomes as a result of using the TRY Assessment or any service offered on this platform. The assessment reflects patterns based on your responses at the time of engagement. Reflections may evolve as the individual evolves.

This service is not a replacement for professional mental health support, career counselling, or medical guidance. If you are in distress, please seek appropriate professional help.

8. Conduct & Usage

Users are expected to engage with this platform honestly and in good faith. The assessment is designed for individual, personal use. Misuse, impersonation, or use for commercial resale is not permitted.

Universal Perspective™ reserves the right to deny or revoke access in cases of misuse, fraudulent payment, or violation of these terms.

9. Amendments

Universal Perspective™ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions as the organisation evolves or as required by applicable regulations. Any material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of this service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of this service or any transaction made herein shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
